Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers (CJCPBL)
CJCPBL is a local nonprofit organization that connects qualifying clients with volunteer attorneys who provide free legal consultations. CJCPBL also provides a court appointed attorney for landlord-tenant cases and hosts events and trainings for local attorneys. CJCPBL regularly hosts free legal clinics in Clallam and Jefferson County. Their office is located at 528 W. 8th Street, Port Angeles, WA. Northwest Justice Project (NWJP)

CLEAR Hotline
CLEAR (Coordinated Legal Education, Advice and Referral) is a toll-free legal hotline for people with low incomes and is maintained by NWJP.
Outside of King County: 1-888-201-1014 weekdays between 9:15 am - 12:15 pm. In King County call 2-1-1. 2 1 1 is open weekdays 8:00am-6:00pm. 2 1 1 will identify and refer you to the appropriate legal aid provider.
Seniors (age 60 and over) can also call CLEAR*Sr at 1-888-387-7111 (statewide)

Facing Foreclosure? Call 1-800-606-4819
Deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired callers can call CLEAR or 2 1 1 (or toll-free 1-877-211-9274) using the relay service of their choice.

The Clallam County Law Library is open to the public and provides reference services and access to legal books and databases. It is located in Basement Room 175 at 223 E 4th St, Port Angeles, WA. The library hours are Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 4:30pm. Local attorneys can request a key to the law library, which allows access any time the building is open.
